Remodeling of existing mixed use development master planned by I. M. Pei, designed by Tsao and McKown, NY in collaboration with DP Architects, Singapore. Project was more focused on the first 4 floors that included retail, F&B convention center entry and facade. The existing fountain received uplift with new design as well.
